  10. Then add the bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Throw in the kale and stir fry a minute.
  12. Lastly add the chicken back in along with the stir fry/oyster sauce and some salt.
  13. Stir fry for another minute or two, then serve, either with rice or fried noodles.
