  1. Make ready 1 Cup Pomegranate juice
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup corn flour(use less than 1/4 cup)
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. Get 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  7. Take 3 tbsp roasted and chopped dry fruits
  8. Take as required Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions to make Pomegranate Burfi:
  1. Take corn flour in a bowl,add little pomegranate juice and dissolve in it.keep aside.Heat the juice in a non stick pan on medium flame.Add powdered sugar and stir well till it dissolves.
  2. Now add ghee,corn flour mixture and stir well on low flame.
  3. When it starts thickening add pomegranate seeds,dry fruits and vanilla essence.stirr everything to mix well.The mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the pan,off the flame.
  4. Spread the mixture in a greased plate.Sprinkle dry fruits on it and press gently.Keep the plate in fridge to set for an hour.Take it out and cut into pieces and serve.
